We place critical importance on things such as performance audits, risk management and OH&S compliance and environmental targets, meaning that our clients facilities are always managed and maintained to the highest standards.

Assetlink Quality Management System (QMS)

The QMS has been developed to ensure that our workplace procedures and training consistently meet high standards.

Under the QMS, the following regular inspections are carried out:

  • Scheduled site inspections by the Site Manager and client representative
  • Self-assessment Audit Program – this is conducted by the Site Manager to ensure our services have met required standards of work over the previous month
  • Internal Audit Program – this involves random internal inspections by Assetlink Senior Management to assess performance

Performance benchmarks

Additionally, Assetlink is keenly aware of the importance of performance benchmarks in achieving excellent site presentation standards. As such, Assetlink implements KPIs to continually measure and monitor our service performance.

Assetlink is certified to the AS/NZS ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System Standard, and adheres to six monthly audits to ensure ongoing accreditation.
